The short version

• We collect as little as possible: your name, email, school year and subjects.
• No ads, no ad pixels, no behavioural tracking, and we never sell your data.
• You can delete your data at any time.

What we collect

Waitlist: your email address, whether you are a student, parent or teacher, and the subjects you are interested in.

Accounts (from launch): name, email, school year and subjects. For students under 18, a parent or guardian's email address so they can give consent. Your practice answers and scores, so the site can show your progress.

Students under 18

When a student under 18 signs up, we email the parent or guardian address they give us to let them know, with a link to have the account deleted. If the parent asks us to delete it, we delete the account and everything stored about it straight away. We do not let anyone under 13 sign up.

Who processes your data

• Cloudflare: hosts the website and runs the anti-spam check on forms.
• Supabase: stores account and waitlist data.
• Resend: sends our emails (sign-in codes and parent notifications).
• [From launch: video provider, payment provider.]

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email hello@hexistudy.com. Account holders can also delete everything themselves from their account page ("Delete my data").
